Subscription fees are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed via M-Pesa or other supported payment methods. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Creators are responsible for the content they upload. Content must be original, must not infringe on copyrights, and must comply with Kenyan laws. Comedy Culture reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.
Creators earn revenue based on views at the rate set by the platform. Earnings are paid out upon request via supported payment methods. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Merchandise purchases may be refunded within 7 days if items are defective or incorrect.
